Registered Australian Migration Agent

The visa process gets harder every year, and you need someone who can help you to be objective if you want to secure your Australian visa.

If you are serious about securing your visa here, then you need an experienced migration lawyer – for more information on why, click these links:

What is the difference between a migration lawyer and a migration agent?
Registered migration agents who are also lawyers are a rare breed!

At The Migration Place, each Australian Migration Agent is also a Solicitor, which means:

  • We can represent you in review processes if your visa application is refused or your current visa is cancelled
  • Anything that you tell us is protected by legal professional privilege (so we cannot reveal that to anyone) – a Migration Agent must disclose all information to the DIBP if requested
  • Our applications are designed to ensure that they succeed, and if not, then any Appeal process is successful

We are a division of Irish Bentley Lawyers which means we offer the full range of legal services and support in all legal areas – family law, property law, tax law, property law etcetera.

We are price competitive and The Migration Place will ensure your matter is handled by an experienced registered Migration Lawyer, at no extra cost.

Our prices are fixed, we explain all charges involved in your particular visa application, and we aim to ensure you understand every aspect of your file.
