The DIAC has introduced a new ‘Decision Ready’ initiative for offshore ENS (Subclass 121) and RSMS (Subclass 119) visa applications.
For these specific visa types, applications can be lodged using the new ‘Decision Ready Checklists’ without the eHealth checks being completed and jump the queue!
Conditions apply, and it is important that these requirements are satisfied within the specified timeframes or the application will be considered not to be decision ready and be placed in the queue.
